§ 2A:23D-18 — Severability.
New Jersey·Title 2A ADMINISTRATION OF CIVIL AND CRIMINAL JUSTICE
18.If any provision of P.L.2014, c.50 (C.2A:23D-1 et seq.) or its application to any person or circumstance is held invalid, the invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of P.L.2014, c.50 (C.2A:23D-1 et seq.) which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this end the provisions of P.L.2014, c.50 (C.2A:23D-1 et seq.) are severable. L.2014, c.50, s.18.
