New Jersey·Title 2A ADMINISTRATION OF CIVIL AND CRIMINAL JUSTICE
17.In applying and construing this act, consideration shall be given to the need to promote uniformity of the law with respect to its subject matter among states that enact a family collaborative law act. L.2014, c.50, s.17.
