§ 2A:23D-11 — Certain responsibilities of lawyer unaffected.
New Jersey·Title 2A ADMINISTRATION OF CIVIL AND CRIMINAL JUSTICE
11.P.L.2014, c.50 (C.2A:23D-1 et seq.) does not affect, waive or supersede: a. The professional responsibility obligations and standards applicable to a lawyer or other licensed professional in this State, including but not limited to the Rules of Professional Conduct promulgated by the Supreme Court of New Jersey; or b. The obligation of a person to report abuse or neglect, abandonment, or exploitation of a child or adult under the law of this State. L.2014, c.50, s.11.
