27.Venue. A summary action pursuant to section 5 of this act shall be commenced in the court of the county that would have venue if the matter were subject to Superior Court rules in civil actions, or to a court in which the agreement to arbitrate specifies the arbitration hearing is to be held or, if the hearing has been held, in the court of the county in which it was held. L.2003,c.95,s.27.
