New Jersey·Title 2A ADMINISTRATION OF CIVIL AND CRIMINAL JUSTICE
13.Action by Majority. If there is more than one arbitrator, the powers of an arbitrator shall be exercised by a majority of the arbitrators, but all of them shall conduct the hearing pursuant to subsection c. of section 15 of this act. L.2003,c.95,s.13.
