§ 2A:161A-9 — Not applicable to penal institutions
New Jersey·Title 2A ADMINISTRATION OF CIVIL AND CRIMINAL JUSTICE
Notwithstanding any law, rule or regulation to the contrary, no procedures as set forth in this act shall supersede any procedures of the State's penal institutions. L. 1985, c. 70, s. 9.
