§ 2A:161A-10 — Admissibility of evidence seized
New Jersey·Title 2A ADMINISTRATION OF CIVIL AND CRIMINAL JUSTICE
A violation of the provisions of sections 4 and 5 of this act shall not affect the admissibility of evidence seized pursuant to a strip search or body cavity search. L. 1985, c. 70, s. 10.
