§ 2A:32C-1 — Short title.
New Jersey·Title 2A ADMINISTRATION OF CIVIL AND CRIMINAL JUSTICE
1.Sections 1 through 15 and sections 17 and 18 of this act shall be known and may be cited as the "New Jersey False Claims Act." L.2007, c.265, s.1.
