§ 2A:26-12 — Custody of personal property attached
New Jersey·Title 2A ADMINISTRATION OF CIVIL AND CRIMINAL JUSTICE
Personal property of a defendant attached as provided by this chapter shall remain in the safekeeping of the attaching officer to answer and abide the judgment of the court. L.1951 (1st SS), c.344.
