The powers contained in this act are in addition to all the powers that the commissioner has at the time this act becomes effective and in addition to the powers granted to him by the "State Highway Access Management Act," P.L. 1989, c. 32 (C. 27:7-89 et seq.), and any limitation herein contained shall be interpreted as applying only to limited access highways created under this act. L. 1945, c. 83, s. 9; amended 1989, c. 32, s. 21.
