§ 26:6A-1 — Short title; declarations in accord with act
New Jersey·Title 26 HEALTH AND VITAL STATISTICS
a.This act shall be known and may be cited as the "New Jersey Declaration of Death Act." b. The death of an individual shall be declared in accordance with the provisions of this act. L.1991,c.90,s.1.
