§ 26:2SS-20 — Construction of act.
New Jersey·Title 26 HEALTH AND VITAL STATISTICS
20.Nothing in this act shall be construed to apply to an entity providing or administering a self-funded health benefits plan which is subject to the "Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974," except as provided in subsection d. of section 9 of this act for such an entity to elect to be subject to certain provisions of the act. L.2018, c.32, s.20.
