§ 20:4-20 — Severability
New Jersey·Title 20 EMINENT DOMAIN
If any provision of this act or the application thereof to any person of circumstances is held invalid, the remainder of the act and the application of such provision to persons or circumstances other than those to which it is held invalid shall not be affected thereby. L.1971, c. 362, s. 20, eff. Jan. 1, 1972.
