§ 20:4-12 — Fund availability
New Jersey·Title 20 EMINENT DOMAIN
Funds appropriated or otherwise available to any taking agency for the acquisition of real property or any interest therein for a particular program or project shall be available also for obligation and expenditure to carry out the provisions of this act as applied to that program or project. L.1971, c. 362, s. 12, eff. Jan. 1, 1972.
