Text
If in any fiscal year, the funds made available under this act are not sufficient to fully fund all services and activities required pursuant to this act, the department shall utilize the available funds in such a manner and for such purposes as it determines will best meet the needs of eligible students under this act. L. 1985, c. 493, s. 9, eff. Jan. 21, 1986.
