§ 18A:72H-8 — Rules, regulations

8.The commission shall adopt rules and regulations pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.) to implement the provisions of this act. L.1985,c.493,s.8; amended 1994,c.48,s.286.
