6.The Commission on Higher Education shall: a. Enter into agreements with any individual, agency, or public or independent institution of higher education in this State, under which the individual, agency, or institution shall undertake to provide direct support services to eligible students, provided these services do not duplicate or replace any services for which these students are currently eligible.
b.Enter into contractual agreements with any public or independent institution of higher education to establish and maintain within that institution offices to facilitate the provision and coordination of support services to eligible students.
c.Authorize the payment to those individuals, agencies, and institutions as set forth in subsections a. and b. of this section of funds appropria
