18A:71A-16. Purchase by Authority of Bonds, Notes and Other Obligations. The authority shall have the power out of any funds available therefor to purchase its bonds, notes or other obligations. The authority may hold, pledge, cancel or resell the bonds, subject to and in accordance with agreements with bondholders. L.1999,c.46,s.1.
