18A:71A-15. Personal Liability on Bonds, Notes and Other Obligations. Neither the members of the authority, nor any person executing bonds, notes or other obligations issued by it, nor any officer or employee of the authority shall be liable personally on the bonds, notes or other obligations or be subject to any personal liability or accountability by reason of the issuance thereof.
