§ 18A:64J-5 — Procedures
New Jersey·Title 18A EDUCATION
Under the leadership of the New Jersey Institute of Technology, the participating institutions shall develop procedures to: a. Administer and operate the center; b. Appoint, remove and transfer personnel; c. Establish programs in the center to promote the management of hazardous and toxic substances; and d. Do all other acts and things necessary and proper for the purposes of the center. L. 1985, c. 103, s. 5.
