§ 18A:64J-17 Advanced Technology Center in Biotechnology.

3. There is established the Advanced Technology Center in Biotechnology (hereinafter referred to as the center) under the governance of Rutgers, The State University and with the participation of other public and private institutions of higher education and faculties who may be considered for participation in the work of the center in the future by the commission.
