Text
The Legislature finds and declares that the management of hazardous and toxic substances is one of the most pressing problems confronting the citizens of our State. Progress in this area is expected to produce significant health benefits and an increase in economic growth for our citizenry. The Legislature further finds that the establishment of an advanced technology center in hazardous and toxic substance management is desirable. L. 1985, c. 103, s. 1.
