§ 18A:64J-43 — Duties of director
New Jersey·Title 18A EDUCATION
The participating institutions, through the director, shall: a. Administer and operate the center; b. Appoint, remove and transfer personnel; c. Establish programs in the center to promote polymer processing and surface modification research and industries; and d. Take all action necessary and proper for the operation of the center. L. 1985, c. 397, s. 6.
