§ 18A:64J-40 — Polymer processing, surface modification center

There is established the Advanced Technology Center in Polymer Processing and Surface Modification, hereinafter referred to as the center, to be located in a private or public institution of higher education as designated by the commission. Other public and private institutions of higher education and their faculties may be considered for participation in the center in the future by the commission. The establishment of the center shall include a commitment from business and industry in the State to finance a percentage of the center's operating costs. L. 1985, c. 397, s. 3.
