Text

As soon as may be practicable after the establishment of the center, the participating institution or institutions, in consultation with and under regulations adopted by the commission, shall appoint a director of the center. The participating institutions through the director shall: a. Administer and operate the center; b. Appoint, remove and transfer personnel; c. Establish programs in the center to conduct biomolecular research in the agricultural and environmental sciences; and d. Take all action necessary and proper for the operation of the center.
