§ 18A:64J-31 — Biomolecular research center
New Jersey·Title 18A EDUCATION
There is established the Advanced Technology Center in Biomolecular Research in the Agricultural and Environmental Sciences, hereinafter referred to as the center, to be located in a designated private or public institution of higher education. The establishment of the center shall include a commitment from business and industry in the State to finance a percentage of the center's operating costs. L. 1985, c. 366, s. 3.
