§ 18A:64J-29 — Findings, declarations

New Jersey·Title 18A EDUCATION
The Legislature finds and declares that biomolecular research in the agricultural and environmental sciences will provide many advantages to the State of New Jersey. Progress in biomolecular research will increase crop production and animal husbandry, improve the efficiency of animal reproduction, advance research in human nutrition, aid in the development of methods to reduce the dependence of agriculture on chemical fertilizers and pesticides, and develop biological processes for the destruction of toxic wastes. In recognition of the economic importance of these scientific advances to New Jersey industries, the Legislature further finds and declares the establishment of an Advanced Technology Center in Biomolecular Research in the Agricultural and Environmental Sciences would strengthen
