§ 18A:61D-6 — Rules, regulations

6.The Commissioner of Health, shall, pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), promulgate rules and regulations necessary to effectuate the provisions of this act. L1988,c.158,s.6; amended 1994,c.48,s.84.
