Text
7.No licensed campus medical professional, trained designee, or physician providing a prescription under a standing protocol for epinephrine pursuant to this act, shall be held liable for any good faith act or omission committed in accordance with the provisions of this act. Good faith shall not include willful misconduct, gross negligence, or recklessness. L.2013, c.211, s.7.
