2.An institution may, in accordance with regulations promulgated by the department, exempt from the requirements of section 1 of P.L.1988, c.158 (C.18A:61D-1) any student who attended an elementary or secondary school located in this State. L.1988,c.158,s.2; amended 1994,c.48,s.82.
