§ 18A:61D-5 — Liability not imposed
New Jersey·Title 18A EDUCATION
The provisions of this act shall not be construed as holding any institution of higher education liable for failure to notify a student of any outbreak of contagious disease, or the threat of any disease outbreak. L. 1988, c. 158, s. 5.
