22.
a.A third party billing service shall immediately notify the commissioner of any material change in its ownership, control, or other fact or circumstance affecting its qualification for certification.
b.A third party billing service shall file such reports, at such times as may be required by the commissioner, including reports that will verify compliance with the provisions of P.L.1999, c.154 (C.17B:30-23 et al.). L.2001,c.267,s.22.
