§ 17B:27B-13 — Annual reports.
New Jersey·Title 17B INSURANCE
13.A third party administrator shall file an annual report for the preceding calendar year with the commissioner on or before March 1 of each year, in a form and manner prescribed by the commissioner. The annual report shall contain the complete names and addresses of all benefits payers with which the administrator had a contract in effect during the preceding calendar year. The commissioner shall establish a filing fee for the report, by regulation. L.2001,c.267,s.13.
