Text
17.In addition to the information otherwise required by this act or by the commissioner, a third party billing service shall file with the commissioner: a. a description of the applicant's proposed method of marketing its services; b. a statement setting forth the means by which the applicant is to be compensated; c. a description of the quality assurance procedures established by the applicant; and d. a copy of the standard contract or contracts used by the applicant in contracting with providers.
