§ 17:49-3 — Designation
New Jersey·Title 17 CORPORATIONS AND INSTITUTIONS FOR FINANCE AND INSURANCE
No such person, partnership, or association shall transact business under a corporate or fictitious name, or under any name, style or title other than the true name of such person, or of the persons comprising such partnership or association. L.1939, c. 188, p. 545, s. 3.
