§ 17:49A-16 — Rules, regulations
New Jersey·Title 17 CORPORATIONS AND INSTITUTIONS FOR FINANCE AND INSURANCE
The Commissioner of Insurance shall promulgate rules and regulations, pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L. 1968, c. 410 (C. 52:14B-1 et seq.), to effectuate the purposes of this act. Such rules and regulations shall include, but not be limited to, the establishment, operation, modification and dissolution of joint insurance funds established pursuant to the provisions of this act. L. 1987, c. 431, s. 16.
