§ 17:49A-13 — Annual audit
New Jersey·Title 17 CORPORATIONS AND INSTITUTIONS FOR FINANCE AND INSURANCE
The insurance fund commissioners or the executive board thereof, as the case may be, shall cause an annual audit to be conducted by an independent certified public accountant in accordance with the rules and regulations promulgated by the Commissioner of Insurance pursuant to section 16 of this act. Copies of every audit shall be submitted to the Commissioner of Insurance within 30 working days of its completion. L. 1987, c. 431, s. 13.
