§ 17:30C-3 — Exclusive remedy--appeal
New Jersey·Title 17 CORPORATIONS AND INSTITUTIONS FOR FINANCE AND INSURANCE
Delinquency proceedings pursuant to this act shall constitute the sole and exclusive method of liquidating, rehabilitating, reorganizing or conserving an insurer, and no court shall entertain a petition for the commencement of such proceedings, or any other similar procedure, unless the same has been instituted by the commissioner. L.1975, c. 113, s. 3, eff. June 3, 1975.
