§ 17:30C-14 — Conservation or ancillary receivership--alien insurers
New Jersey·Title 17 CORPORATIONS AND INSTITUTIONS FOR FINANCE AND INSURANCE
An order to conserve the assets of an alien insurer shall direct the commissioner forthwith to take possession of the property of the insurer within this State and to conserve it, subject to the further direction of the court. L.1975, c. 113, s. 14, eff. June 3, 1975.
