§ 17:30C-11 — Grounds for conservation--foreign insurers
New Jersey·Title 17 CORPORATIONS AND INSTITUTIONS FOR FINANCE AND INSURANCE
The commissioner may apply for an order directing him to conserve the assets within this State of a foreign insurer upon any one or more of the following grounds: a. Upon any of the grounds specified in section 6, and in section 8 b.
b.That its property has been sequestrated in its domiciliary sovereignty or in any other sovereignty. L.1975, c. 113, s. 11, eff. June 3, 1975.
