§ 17:29AA-4 — Scope of application
New Jersey·Title 17 CORPORATIONS AND INSTITUTIONS FOR FINANCE AND INSURANCE
All policies of commercial lines insurance, issued by an insurer licensed to do business in this State shall be issued in accordance with the provisions of this act. L.1982, c. 114, s. 4.
