Text

Any rating organization which knowingly violates any provision of this act shall be subject to suspension of its license. Failure of a rating organization to comply with the provisions of any order of the commissioner within the time limited by the order, or any extension thereof as the commissioner may grant, shall, if no proceeding in lieu of prerogative writ has been taken for review of the order, automatically suspend the license of the rating organization. No order suspending a license because of a violation of any provision of this act shall be made by the commissioner, except upon 10 days' notice to the rating organization, specifying the particular violation.
