Text

With respect to rates and supplementary rate information and all changes and amendments thereto subject to section 5 of this act, (a) no insurer or employee thereof, and no broker or agent shall knowingly charge, demand or receive a premium for a policy of commercial lines insurance except in accordance with the respective rates and supplementary rate information and all changes and amendments thereof effective pursuant to this act;

(b)no insurer, or employee thereof, and no broker or agent shall pay, allow, or give, or offer to pay, allow, or give, directly or indirectly, as an inducement to insure, or after insurance has been effected, any rebate, discount, abatement, credit, or reduction of the premium specified in the policy of insurance, or any special favor or advantage in the divid
