§ 17:29AA-11 — Policy forms; prohibitions
New Jersey·Title 17 CORPORATIONS AND INSTITUTIONS FOR FINANCE AND INSURANCE
Policy forms shall not be unfair, inequitable, misleading or contrary to law, nor shall they produce rates that are excessive, inadequate or unfairly discriminatory. L.1982, c. 114, s. 11.
