Text
The commissioner shall monitor the implementation and effect of this act on the commercial lines marketplace and shall report to the Legislature no later than 3 years after the enactment of this act, and recommend whether the act should be continued, repealed or modified. In making his recommendation, the commissioner shall consider, among other things, whether a reasonable degree of competition exists among commercial lines insurers. L.1982, c. 114, s. 33.
