§ 17:29A-56 — Prohibition.
New Jersey·Title 17 CORPORATIONS AND INSTITUTIONS FOR FINANCE AND INSURANCE
3.The commissioner shall prohibit the use of a certificate of insurance form if the form: a. Is unfair, misleading, or deceptive, or violates public policy; or b. Violates any law, including any regulation promulgated by the commissioner. L.2015, c.195, s.3.
