Text

Any rating organization which violates any provision of this act shall be subject to suspension of its license. Failure of a rating organization to comply with the provisions of any order of the commissioner within the time limited by such order, or any extension thereof as the commissioner may, in his discretion grant, shall, if no proceeding in lieu of prerogative writ has been taken for review of such order, automatically suspend the license of such rating organization. No order suspending a license because of a violation of any provision of this act shall be made by the commissioner, except upon ten days' notice to such rating organization, specifying the particular violation.
