§ 17:29A-20 — Suspended organizations not to do business
New Jersey·Title 17 CORPORATIONS AND INSTITUTIONS FOR FINANCE AND INSURANCE
No rating organization shall conduct the business of rate-making during the period that its license has been suspended. The provisions of this section shall apply also to the officers, partners, or managers in charge of the business and affairs of such rating organization. L.1944, c. 27, p. 80, s. 20.
