§ 17:29A-19 — Contributions to suspended organizations prohibited
New Jersey·Title 17 CORPORATIONS AND INSTITUTIONS FOR FINANCE AND INSURANCE
No insurer shall contribute to the financial support of any rating organization with knowledge that its license has been suspended and not reinstated. L.1944, c. 27, p. 79, s. 19.
