The Commissioner of Insurance in promulgating rules and regulations as to statistical plans adapted to rating systems for motor vehicle liability and collision insurance for reporting an insurer's loss experience may include sufficient detail to enable him to determine whether varying rates should be established based upon the type of safety features and equipment of various types and models of motor vehicles. L.1975, c. 9, s. 1, eff. Feb. 6, 1975.
